Belcher's Paving Co. is proud to be one of the oldest family owned paving company in Virginia. Started in 1972 by Edward F. Belcher. Currently owned and operated by son, Eddie H. Belcher and grandson Eddie L. Belcher. The company has preformed virtually everything that has to do with asphalt, sealcoating and striping. From pot holes to parking lots we can handle any size, residential or commercial project.
